We drove from Chicago to spend a week to find housing for our son, who will be going to school in Pasadena next year. They helped us in our search (we saw 12 properties in ONE day), enabled us to find an excellent condo within that week, and managed negotiations (via phone, eMail and fax) so that we could make an offer and have it accepted while we drove back to Chicago. They then facilitated the long distance communications which made it possible to close this cash sale within a month of when we first SAW the property!
In addition, because our son is not moving to Pasadena until next year, they arranged to have it leased until then. I'm entirely satisfied with their service, recommend them highly, and would certainly look to them for future real estate business.

I was in need of purchasing a residence on rather short notice, with only a limited time to evaluate properties in person. Dan and Nancy understood what I was looking for, arranged a tour of multiple properties the day after the initial interview (and follow up background information checking long after usual business hours). They even offered to continue searching for other properties coming on to the market later, and using internet technology to conduct virtual tours, if this initial search was not fruitful. The bad news--I can't tell you how good they are at virtual tours. The reason is good news-- I was able to place a bid on an optimal property, have that bid accepted, and close on it, with most of that activity taking place long distance. Could never have gotten all of that done without them! Their organization and hard work really got results, and I have nothing but positive things to say about the Marfisi team.
