The nervous nellies have long been wagging their fingers saying that the housing bubble is soon to pop. That might be so. A simple check of the local sales numbers where we live in Eagle Rock show a steady jog up the (price-per-square-foot) hill. Oct14-Feb15: $471 / Feb15-June15: $492 / June15-Oct15: $493 / Oct15-Feb16: $504. We happily avoid predictions of El Nino, NFL Championships, Elections & real estate but we do feel that this song has a few more choruses left to sing.
